Hello, I’m having problems with my Daytona Velona 80 speedo.. I can’t calibrate the speed. Does anyone have a working wiring diagram? I’ve got a bmw r100rs 1976 with the correct speed sensor. I just need to double check the wiring. Or maybe I’m missing something Look forward to hearing from you

Does anyone know for certain if the DAYTONA BMW SPEED PULSE CONVERTER / SENSOR FOR DAYTONA SPEEDOS works with the DAYTONA VELONA-W speedometer.
I have it installed and correctly wired but I'm getting no speed signal to the speedo whatsoever.
The speedo voltage, RPMs, signal lights and everything works fine. Just no movement on the speedo needle besides the initial wake-up movement.
When I try to calibrate it it reads "error" in the display.
I have a BMW r100 cs from 1981.
I can measure ca,12.5V over the red and black wire. The yellow wire i in the white wire of the speedo. (the correct white wire)
Any tips?

Unfortunately it‘s in german. I used the second method on the bottom left. My wife drives 40kmh via cruise control and i follow her using the calibration mode.

Hello, I’ve done this and it just comes up error

hi , i am Nikos from Greece
i face same problems.
Couple of months speedometer worked fine with no problems and right speed is apperared. Now some days ago it stopped working and it does not count the speed. i checked the connection but it was ok.
As you can see the pin case rotates well. Also i extrude the convertor pin and i rotate it by hand as i tried to calibrate it again. All the times error in the screen.
As you can see in calibration mode it does not count at all and then it appears 10 pulses every time (even you make it 20times, it does not change). Then ERROR every time.
i really can not understand what is the problem. i also tried to calibrate it manual mode by tire measurement etc with error again.
